Itinerary

Day 1: July 14 - Bishkek
As the sun rises over the rugged mountains of Kyrgyzstan, you'll be welcomed at Bishkek’s Manas Airport, where the adventure begins. Head into the city to immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Kyrgyz culture with a visit to the History Museum, delving into the nation's fascinating past. Later, embark on a private city tour, winding through bustling streets and hidden alleys, discovering the city's vibrant soul. In the evening, indulge in a sumptuous welcome dinner at Supara, tantalizing your taste buds with authentic local flavors, while unwrapping a special welcome gift to mark the beginning of your unforgettable journey. Check into your comfortable hotel for some R&R to prepare for the excitement of the following day.
Day 2: July 15 - Bishkek
After a restful night’s sleep and a breakfast at the hotel, awaken to the promise of adventure as you head towards Ala Archa for a scenic hiking trip. Amidst breathtaking landscapes, enjoy a picturesque picnic lunch, rejuvenating your spirit amidst nature's embrace. Upon your return to the city, a visit to Banya Baytur offers a soothing sauna experience, with the option for a blissful massage. Day 3: July 16 - Bishkek to Chon-Kemin National Park

Day 8: July 21 - Kolfest
As the final day of KOLFEST dawns, savor every moment of the electrifying performances and connections that define this unforgettable event. With hearts full of cherished memories and spirits uplifted by the music, bid farewell to the festival grounds as the sun dips below the horizon. Journey back to Bishkek in the comfort of a private vehicle, reliving the enchanting melodies and natural wonders of Kyrgyzstan one last time before departing for home

Payment
The price of the tour is from $1,980. A 30% deposit paid by credit card through a secure payment link is due at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remainder of the price of the trip is due in cash at the start of your trip.
Cancellation
  • Up to 40 days prior to departure: $100
  • 40 to 31 days prior to departure: 20% of total cost
  • 30 to 20 days prior to departure: 30% of total cost
  • 19 to 7 days prior to departure: 50% of total cost
  • 7 days or less prior to departure: 100% of total cost
Kolfest reserves the right, at any time with significant reason, to cancel the tour with notice to the client. In such an event, Kolfest shall refund the sum of prepayment or payment which was made by client. The refund of the tour price shall be Kolfest’s sole responsibility to the client, and no claim for any damages, however they are arising, shall accrue against Kolfest by reason of a cancellation of the tour.

What to expect

This trip has an activity level of light/moderate - travelers should be in good health, comfortable walking or standing for extended periods, and prepared for multiple hours of activity on some days. Excursions may involve navigating uneven terrain, climbing stairs without handrails, and walking on paths with steep ascents/descents. Travel to Central Asia requires a sense of adventure and flexibility; although tourism infrastructure is improving, service is not always up to Western standards. Please note that we might encounter poor road conditions and travel delays. Accommodations Through most of the trip, we stay in ideally-located, three star hotels with amenities. At the festival where options are more limited, yurts will share a shower and bathroom.
